Electronic Software Distribution System (ESDS)   2

Background
The solicitation is for the Electronic Software Distribution System (ESDS) Maintenance and Support Services, which involves providing software and system support for the ESDS at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; Hill AFB, Utah; and Robins AFB, Georgia. The system serves a Government requirement for both the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) systems. The contract includes a one-year base award with four option years.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the software and system support for the ESDS at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) and for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) and Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix B. The services include software maintenance after being notified by the Representative (COR)/ESDS Program Manager (PM) that a problem with the system software has been identified and shall continue until the problem is resolved.
The Contractor shall also be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this PWS.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance shall be a one-year base award with four option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; Hill AFB, Utah; and Robins AFB, Georgia.
