Background
The solicitation W519TC-24-R-2066 is issued by the Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), an active U.S. Army installation located on a 946-acre island in the Mississippi River. Established in 1862, RIA serves as the 'Home of U.S. Army Logistics' and provides support to over 54,000 military personnel and civilians. The Garrison's mission includes maintaining quality facilities and providing excellent base operations support, including law enforcement, security management, and maintenance services.

This contract aims to provide maintenance and services for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) at RIA.

Work Details
The contractor will perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) equipment for the ESS at RIA. Key tasks include:
- Providing qualified technicians for maintenance of 36 active IDS zones monitored by the Garrison Directorate of Emergency Services (DES).
- Ensuring all work meets original equipment manufacturer standards and applicable regulations.
- Performing two PMs per year for each IDS unit, including testing alarms, checking voltage readings, and replacing batteries as needed.
- Submitting Service Orders (SO) for corrective actions identified during PM.
- Responding to service requests within specified timeframes based on urgency (emergency or routine).
- Maintaining a neat worksite and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Managing all service requests through a single point of contact available 24/7.

The work will be performed within the occupied areas of Rock Island Arsenal, specifically at locations housing IDS equipment.
