Electronic Security System IDIQ Contract   2

Background
This is a solicitation for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Electronic Security System repair, maintenance, and installation services in support of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency. The contract is a not-to-exceed firm-fixed price (FFP) single award IDIQ contract with a total maximum value of $6,900,000.00. The period of performance includes a base period of 12 months from the date of award and four option periods, each lasting 12 months from the effective date of the option period. The Contractor shall provide all services required for Electronic Security Equipment Services for Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency as detailed in Attachment J-1, Section C Statement of Work.

Work Details
The tasks to be completed under the contract include Electronic Security System Alarm Monitoring Services, Maintenance and Repair Services, and New Installation Projects in accordance with Attachment J-1, Section C Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide services at any CSOSA location within the metropolitan Washington, DC area. Task orders for alarm monitoring and new installation projects shall be awarded as firm-fixed price task orders, while task orders for repairs will be T&M awards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base period of 12 months from the date of award and four option periods, each lasting 12 months from the effective date of the option period. Task orders issued under this IDIQ contract shall be no longer than 12 months from the award date.

Place of Performance
Contractor personnel shall perform the work under this IDIQ contract at any CSOSA location within the metropolitan Washington, DC area.
