Amendment 0004 dated 12/18/2017
1. The purpose of this amendment is to post clean copies of all solicitation documents that have been altered or added as a

result of Q&As #1, #2 and #3. This includes the following: Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 , 17, 18, 19 and 20.

2. Attachment 1, Section 2.6.4.3 Notes, has been updated to state that the Integrated Master Schedule and Work Breakdown

Structure is excluded from the total page count.

3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
