In accordance with Solicitation No. TIRNO-14-R-00007, entitled Electronic Payments, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) awarded three (3) contracts against the Solicitation number stated above. This is a fixed price contract. The period of performance is a base year and four (4) option years. This is a zero dollar contract to the Government. The taxpayer will pay a credit or debit card fee to the Processor. The taxpayer will have a choice to choose one of the three (3) Processors to pay their unpaid federal debt. The contract award amount is an estimate.
