Description

The current Electronic Key Management System at the Aviano Dorms is old and is having reliability issues, often locking up and making it impossible to create new keys or reprogram malfunctioning or de-synced locks. Further, two of the current 4 Key/Lock encoders are not working correctly, creating further bottlenecks.

Background
The US Air Force is seeking to upgrade the Electronic Key Management System at the Aviano Dorms due to reliability issues with the current system, which often locks up and prevents the creation of new keys or reprogramming of malfunctioning locks.

The upgrade aims to enhance operational efficiency and address bottlenecks caused by faulty key/lock encoders.

Work Details
The project involves the acquisition and installation of new equipment to replace outdated components of the Electronic Key Management System.

- Purchase of (7) new CISA Solo Encoders
- Purchase of (7) NFC mice for lock communication, programming, and maintenance
- Purchase of (1) E-Server for Smart Software V4
- License and installation of Smart Software V4 for electronic key creation and maintenance
