Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Training and Support

Background
This action is a follow on to support the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480th ISRW) in providing Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Training and Support for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. The AF DCGS is the Air Force's primary ISP Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) system, providing actionable intelligence derived from multiple ISR platforms to Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Component Numbered Air Forces (C-NAF), and national command authorities across the globe.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide assistance and on-the-job training to exploitation crews and Analysis Exploitation Teams (AET) to improve their use of ELINT sensors, ground components, and databases. Additionally, the Contractor shall assist with real-world sensor analysis, provide support to exploitation crews and AET analysts for real-time and post-mission ELINT products and reports, share recommendations for tasking, data gathering, research, comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, fault isolation with associated sensors and ground components. The Contractor shall also collaborate with sensor original equipment manufacturers regarding operational use of the sensor as well as system modifications requiring update(s) to training material utilized by the operator(s).

Period of Performance
The required period of performance is from 01 March 2023 – 31 August 2028 (base period plus four 12-month option periods/ 6-month extension).
