The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Subpart 16.5 Indefinite-Delivery Contracts.

The Government Intends to procure services that support Naval Information Warfare Training Group (NIWTG) Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) Missions, Functions, and Tasks (MF&T) related to the mission areas of Information Warfare Data Management and Navy Information Operations Database Support as required by the and NIWTG and NAVIFOR. The planned Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N0018921R0001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, with a size standard of $30M.
