This email serves as a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a commercial procurement opportunity to procure an Electrically Insulated Aerial Lift Bucket Van.

1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

Purchase of an electrically insulated bucket van for use across project. Refer to the salient characteric sheet for rquirements.

2. Scope: Electrically insulated aerial lift bucket van shall be delivered within 20 weeks of award date, fully funtional.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE), Bonneville Lock and Dam, is seeking to procure an electrically insulated aerial lift bucket van for use across the Bonneville Project. This equipment is essential for facilitating access to various electrical equipment while ensuring worker safety from electrical hazards.

Electrically insulated aerial lifts are designed with non-conductive materials to protect operators from electrical shock, thereby enhancing safety and productivity in tasks performed at heights.

Work Details
The contract requires the purchase of 1 electrically insulated aerial lift bucket van. The contractor must deliver a fully functional unit within 20 weeks of the award date. The delivery must occur Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, excluding federal holidays.

The delivery location is: US Army Corps of Engineers, Bonneville Lock and Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 40, NE Bonneville Way, Cascade Locks, OR 97014. Invoices should be submitted to the USACE Finance Center at 5722 Integrity Drive, Willington, TN 38054-5005.
