PRE-PROPOSAL TELECONFERENCE

The Government will provide Offerors a pre-proposal teleconference and electronic copy of site photos and information for the project in lieu of physical site visit due to current RMI travel restrictions and quarantine requirements. The pre-proposal teleconference will take place virtually on Friday, April 01, 2022 from 1100-1200 hours Hawaii Standard Time. Teleconference and/or WebEx information to follow.

Background
The solicitation is for the construction of an Electrical Distribution System at Meck Island, U.S. Army Garrison in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The project is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and involves the replacement of the 4,160 V medium voltage electrical distribution system.
