Building 105 requires electrical repairs to existing wiring, junction boxes, conduit installation, electrical breaker upgrades, upgrades, and replacement of lighting and light fixtures. The Building is in need of updates to existing lighting to come in line with newer mandated eco-friendly initiatives, address light deficiencies, address outdated electrical codes, bring a number of areas up to code, and to address needs and safety concerns. Please see attachments for more information.

A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.

All individuals interested in attending the site visit should pre-register by emailing Ian.Guest@usda.gov and Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov no later than 2:00 p.m.PST Tuesday, May 9, 2023 with a list of names of attendees.
