Electric Personnel Carriers

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to procure four battery-powered personnel carriers for the Louisville Repair Station. The vehicles are required to meet specific performance characteristics and come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Work Details
The contract requires the furnishing of four battery-powered personnel carriers per specifications, including three personnel carriers meeting certain performance characteristics and one personnel carrier with different specifications. The vehicles must have specific features such as a battery discharge indicator, forward/reverse selector, key switch, electric horn, and DC/DC converter. Additionally, the contract includes requirements for diagnostic/programming tools, training videos or electronic presentations, and submission of vehicle operation, maintenance, and spare parts manuals for each individual cart.

Period of Performance
The contract requires delivery of all items within 60 days after the date of receipt of a written notice of contract award.

Place of Performance
The equipment and materials supplied under this contract shall be delivered F.O.B. destination to the Louisville Repair Station at 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212.
