Background

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 24-3-10 Electric Forklifts. The specific data required includes:

1. Installation and Preparation Documentation: Equipment Characteristics, due within 30 calendar days after award.

2. Maintenance Manual: Safety Lockout Procedure, including a written procedure for safe machine shutdown and lockout device application, with 3 copies (2 paper, 1 electronic).

3. Maintenance Manual: Preventive Maintenance Procedure, detailing daily checklists and inspection schedules, also with 3 copies (2 paper, 1 electronic).

4. Operator Manual: Procedures for safe operation in all modes, requiring 3 copies (2 paper, 1 electronic).

5. Environmental Compliance Data: Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all hazardous materials and liquids must be provided in paper format no later than 30 calendar days prior to delivery.

6. Environmental Compliance Data: A Chemical List detailing all chemicals necessary for operation must be submitted in paper format no later than 30 calendar days prior to delivery.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall provide documentation within specified timeframes post-award.
