The Contractor shall provide a electric cart washer, including delivery and installation of the new equipment, deinstallation of existing equipment, site preparation, safety checks and testing, in accordance with the attached SOW, attachments, and all terms and conditions in the solicitation.

Background
The Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (VCB HCS) is seeking to procure an Electric Cart Washer to replace the existing non-functional Steam Cart Washer.
The goal of this contract is to provide a complete turn-key solution that includes deinstallation of the old equipment, site preparation, installation of the new equipment, and final safety checks and testing in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide professional services including:
1. Deinstallation of the existing Steam Cart Washer, which involves safely removing stainless-steel panels, disposing of the old unit in a provided dumpster, and making necessary adjustments to utilities and service elevators.
2. Pre-installation site preparation that includes drilling/core concrete for utilities, installing new structural support, ensuring thermal moisture protection, and making connections for utility water, drainage systems, and compressed air systems.
3. Installation of the new Electric Cart Washer with all required connections secured per plumbing codes.
4. Final testing to verify performance and functionality of the new equipment.
The contractor must ensure compliance with local and state codes throughout the project.
