Background
The project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The project involves EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction at the George E. Wahlen VAMC in Salt Lake City, UT. The VAAR Magnitude of Construction is $20,000,000 to $50,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary for the completion of the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project. The scope of the project includes upgrading the facility infrastructure to support the new Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) system VA OEHRM Site Infrastructure Requirements provided by VHA. This includes electrical upgrades, power systems, building management system interfaces, HVAC upgrades, communication infrastructure improvements, physical security upgrades, hazardous material abatement, and commissioning.
The work also involves general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, and commissioning necessary for the completion of the project. The contractor is required to complete all work no later than 730 calendar days after receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on the POP Begin date and ends on the POP End date as specified in the contract.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the George E. Wahlen VAMC located at 500 Foothill Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84148.
