Q3: We have to connect to the existing systems, and the drawings and specifications do not name the existing fire alarm system manufacturer and existing security system manufacturer. Can the Government provide the name of the existing fire alarm system manufacturer and also the existing security system manufacturer?

A3: Existing Fire Alarm manufacturer is Edwards, but with the New Fire Alarm system, Siemens will replace Edwards; this is in construction currently. The Security system manufacturer is Lenel.

Q2: Are there any specified manufacturers of the data center hardware, or are you looking for recommendations from qualified contractors?

A2: There are no proprietary products specified for the data center hardware. Examples of the products that meet the performance specifications include:

Server Cabinets CPI Zetaframe (Server rows)

Network cabinets Great Lakes ES series with sidecars or equivalent (MDA/HDA locations)

Q1: For Bonding purposes, does this job have Liquidated Damages? If yes, in what amount? I could not find it in the solicitation document.
