Background
The solicitation is for the renovation of the East Grand Forks MN Potato Lab. The work includes office and lab remodeling, hazardous material remediation, demolition, noise and dust control, construction of new facilities, installation of piping and electrical services, and other related tasks.

Work Details
The construction tasks include hazardous material remediation, demolition, noise and dust control, construction of a new vestibule and entry, replacement of siding on the front of the building, installation of a flagpole and lights, removal and replacement of coolers, installation of new RTU and ductwork, finishing out technician's office, dirty lab, and clean lab offices. The period of performance for the base bid is 180 days.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 09/15/2022 to 03/15/2023.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the East Grand Forks MN Potato Lab.
