Edwards CTI-Cryogenics On-Board 8 Cryopumps, No Equivalents or Substitutions

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting quotes for the purchase of Edwards CTI-Cryogenics On-Board 8 Cryopumps. This procurement is part of BSA's mission to support the operation of BNL and is being solicited for full and open competition.

Work Details
The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order. The parts or model numbers are provided for reference only; any alternate products must have equivalent or greater performance parameters. Suppliers offering alternate products must list the manufacturer, model, and part numbers, and provide sufficient documentation for evaluation of equivalency. BSA reserves the right to determine equivalency. The Offeror must also furnish all descriptive material necessary for BSA to assess whether the product meets solicitation requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed with an anticipated delivery date of November 24, 2026.

Place of Performance
Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, New York.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must submit a complete quotation including a signed Quotation Pricing Sheet. They must be registered with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI #). Foreign vendors are not required to register but must fill out AMS-Form-050. Offerors that take exceptions to BSA terms & conditions or fail to provide all requirements may be deemed non-responsive.
