Education Services for Eligible Dependent PK-12 Students at Ponce, PR   3

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, services, administration, supplies, equipment, and other items necessary to provide a developmentally appropriate nonsectarian educational program that provides a traditional United States curriculum in accordance with applicable US laws and regulations. All instruction shall be provided in English. The Contractor shall provide, as required, counseling services, limited learning center and remedial support service needs that can be accommodated within the school's existing program, intramural and extracurricular activities and a lunch program consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations. The educational program must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting organization (for example, Cognia or the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools).

DoDEA expects to award a fixed price IDIQ contract for a base year and nine option years to meet this need. Quantities are estimated based on historical data per grade. Exact quantities and funding will be provided on task orders issued from this contract vehicle.
