The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Execute (OSPE), Customer Acquisition Services (CAS) on behalf of the Office of Workers Compensation (OWCP), Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) has a requirement for operational and managerial support for each of the DEEOIC's eleven stationary Resource Centers located nationwide. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The anticipated contract will be a single Firm-Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) 12-month Base period and four (4) 12-month Option periods.

Questions must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions by August 14, 2023, at 12:00pm ET.

The RFP closing date is August 18, 2023, at 12:00pm ET.
