EBI Replacement Construction for Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station

This award is for a sole source 8(a) Firm Fixed Price single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the WCDAS EBI Replacement, with a total Not-to-Exceed (NTE) ceiling of $3,500,000.00. The contract encompasses a Base Period of Performance from September 16, 2024, to September 15, 2025, and an Option 1 Period of Performance from September 16, 2025, to September 15, 2026. The contract is awarded pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 637(a)), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19.8, and the current Partnership Agreement between SBA and the Department of Commerce.
