Background
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) holds an annual Earth MRI Workshop aimed at gathering participants from various Federal and State organizations to discuss and display research.

Work Details
For the 2026 Earth MRI Workshop scheduled from September 21 to September 25, the contractor is required to provide rental services for a total of 30 poster board units measuring 8' x 4'.

These units will be used for displaying posters on both sides and must be set up at least 4 feet apart. The setup will take place on September 21 between 7:30 AM and 12 PM ET, with teardown occurring on September 25 from 12 PM to 3 PM ET.
