Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center Operations with OA and CTS   3

Background
The U.S. Department of Labor, Job Corps has a requirement for operating the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center located at 2302 US-60 Morganfield, Kentucky 42437. The Contractor shall operate the aforementioned Job Corps Center, which includes providing academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training, and related support services, for a PLANNED On Board Strength (OBS) total of 1022 students consisting of 662 residential male students, 340 residential female students, 10 nonresidential male students, and 10 nonresidential female students. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing CTS services for all graduates and former enrollees within their eligibility period that separated under the prior operator.

Work Details
The resulting contract will include Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) that are: 1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 2) Fixed-Price with a Price Adjustment (FP/PA), or 3) Cost Reimbursement (CR) with specified Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts. The contractor's proposal is incorporated by reference into the contract. The resulting contract will cover services such as Center Operations, Career Transition Services, Construction, Rehabilitation, and Acquisition (CRA), Equipment procurement, Career Technical Skills Training, and ODC Special Projects/Initiatives as directed by TBD.

Period of Performance: January 1, 2024 – January 31, 2026; Option Period One: February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027; Option Period Two: February 1, 2027 – January 31, 2028; Option Period Three: February 1, 2028 – January 31, 2029
