Background
The U.S. Army West Point, NY (WPNY) has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support. This is an official RFP and supporting documentation for the WPNY requirement. The RFP is an 8(a) small business set-aside and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Program BOA who can certify 8(a) small business status under NAICS Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP.

Work Details
The contract will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Firm Fixed Price Transition In) task order with a 1, 12-month base period, to include a 30-day transition in period, 4, 1-year options, and 1, 6-month option period.
The Best Value source selection process will include an evaluation of three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Cost/Price.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each CLIN ranges from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) through 1827 Days after NTP.

Place of Performance
Maintenance, supply and transportation services will be performed at West Point, NY.
