Description

Maintenance and transportation services at Rock Island Arsenal, IL.

Background
The Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), Illinois has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance and transportation support. This is the official RFP and supporting documentation for the RIA requirement. The RFP is a small business set-aside and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Program BOA who can certify small business status under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP.

Work Details
The contract requires logistics support services, including maintenance and transportation support at Rock Island Arsenal, IL. The contract will result in a Firm Fixed Price Task Order with one 12-month base period, to include a 60-day transition-in period, four option years, and six months if all options are exercised.
The period of performance for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) ranges from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through 2007 Days after NTP. The Best Value Tradeoff source selection process will include an evaluation of three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Cost/Price. The Offeror's proposal shall be valid for 180 days from the closing date of the RFP.
