Update RFP to notify offerors Industry questions are still being answered and evaluated. A subsequent Amendment 0002 will be forthcoming and will include these responses and a revised submission deadline. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Background
The U.S. Army Fort Bliss, Texas (FBTX) has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support.

This solicitation is part of the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The goal of the contract is to provide comprehensive logistics support to meet the operational needs of the Army.

Work Details
The contractor will provide logistics support services which include:
1. Maintenance Support: Ensuring all equipment is operational and maintained according to standards.
2. Supply Support: Managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
3. Transportation Support: Coordinating the movement of personnel and equipment as required by the Army.
4. Transition-In Efforts: Completing all transition activities within the first 60 days of performance to achieve Fully Operational Capability (FOC).
5. Compliance with Government Furnished Facilities and Equipment as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
6. Adherence to pricing established in the resultant task order issued against its BOA.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a 12-month base period with a 60-day transition-in period, followed by four 1-year options and one 6-month option period, totaling up to 1830 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Bliss, Texas.
