Background: The U.S. Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (APG) has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support. This is an official RFP and supporting documentation for the APG requirement. This RFP is a competitive 8(a) acquisition and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Program BOA who can certify small business status under NAICS Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP.

Period of Performance: The period of performance for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through 1830 Days after NTP is identified below:

Base Year (including 60 days Transition-In): CLINs 0001 - 0010, NTP - 365 days after NTP

Option Year 1: CLINs 1001 - 1010, 366 days after NTP - 730 days after NTP

Option Year 2: CLINs 2001 - 2010, 731 days after NTP - 1095 days after NTP

Option Year 3: CLINs 3001 - 3010, 1096 days after NTP - 1461 days after NTP

Option Year 4: CLINs 4001 - 4010, 1462 days after NTP - 1826 days after NTP
