Eager Lion 2022 Network Support

Background
The USG seeks market research on the subject requirement from businesses in order to provide Exercise Network Support for Joint Exercise Eager Lion 2022 taking place in the country of Jordan. Eager Lion (EL) 2022 is a CJCS sponsored, USCENTCOM executed multi-lateral exercise with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The exercise intent is to strengthen relationships and interoperability in the conduct of global contingency operations.

Work Details
The Exercise Network will provide the backbone for communication among all Headquarters and coalitions forces on a Closed Network. It shall include cybersecurity tools within the exercise kit. It allows the coalition partners to access Common Operational Picture (COP), E-mail, Collaborative Chat, File Share, Video Tele-Conference (VTC), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Portal, Special Operations Forces Intelligence, Surveillance and Recognizance (SOF ISR), SOF Analyst Notebook and SOF Information Operations Network (ION). The network will require an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to transport data between terminals. The ISP is required to have an existing infrastructure with redundancies that provide coverage across Jordan.

Period of Performance
The network shall be fully functional and ready for use by or around 21 August 2022 through 13 September 2022.

Place of Performance
The exercise will take place in the country of Jordan. Specific locations include JAF HOTEL building, King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC), JTC SIM Center Compound in Zarqa, Camp Titin Open Lot, and National Center for Security and Crisis Management (NCSCM).
