Background
The Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS) is issuing this contract for asphalt sealing at their facility located in Griffiss Business and Technology Park, Rome, NY. The mission of EADS includes maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the integrity of their facilities.

The goal of this contract is to complete necessary asphalt sealing work to preserve the infrastructure and enhance safety at the site.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, quality control, and project management necessary to complete the Asphalt Sealing - 2025 project at the Eastern Air Defense Sector. All work must be performed without damage to any other government property outside the scope of work (SOW).

The work must comply with applicable state and federal laws, Department of Defense policies, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and New York State Code. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000.
