Background
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to procure information technology program management services for Authentication, Authorization & Access Strategic Transformation and Integration Support (eA3-STI) under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract under Category 54151S.

Work Details
The eA3 program is an IRS enterprise solution that provides identity proofing services to taxpayers and entities accessing IRS information. It protects taxpayer data from cyber-attacks and fraud by authenticating online users and performing data and fraud analytics. The current major initiatives under the eA3 Program include Secure Access Digital Identity (SADI), Authorization (AZF), and Authorization, eSignatures (eSign) projects.
