Description

This is a follow-on effort to procure commercial services for EA-37B/EC-130H/A-10C Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) and Courseware Development (CWD) for the 355th Wing (WG) A-10C and 55th WG EA-37B/EC-130H Compass Call Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona, and 23rd WG A-10C CAT/CWD at Moody AFB, Georgia.
Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Erie Pier Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) Materials Management project located in Duluth, Minnesota. The goal is to manage and remove dredged material from the facility for beneficial reuse.

Work Details
The contractor will mobilize on site, excavate, dewater, and load 55,000 cubic yards of fine-grained dredged material into transportation vehicles to be hauled to specified local upland sites.

Construction work includes site preparation, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, and haul road maintenance. Security requirements include compliance with Force Protection Condition measures and training on suspicious activity reporting.
