E4B Contractor Logistics Services Industry Day   3

Background
The Executive Aircraft Division, AFLCMC/WVV located at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma is seeking Contractor Logistics Services for the E-4B National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC) aircraft. The E-4B fleet size consists of four highly modified and specialized Boeing 747-200 aircraft stationed at Offutt AFB, NE. The primary mission of the E-4B is Strategic Command and Control, providing a survivable command, control, and communications center to direct U.S. forces, execute emergency war orders and coordinate civil authorities’ activities. The E-4B CLS contract is part of an Integrated Weapon System (IWS) approach utilizing multiple contracts to meet all requirements that were previously combined.

Work Details
The CLS contract shall provide E-4B sustainment for the aircraft, including Program Management, Aircraft Depot Maintenance, Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Supply Chain Management, Unscheduled Maintenance, Aircraft Paint, Engine Maintenance and Overhaul, and Low Frequency Transmit System (LFTS) Support and Training. The Contractor shall provide CLS with FAA certified/non-certified parts and maintenance for the E-4B fleet.
