Description

Kira AAR Logistics Services JV LLC,* Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded a not-to-exceed $98,000,000 firm fixed-price undefinitized indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract on 3 March 2025. This contract provides for in-flight training and currency for Naval Aviators in support of E-6B Mercury pilot training. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be in completed March 2027. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0042125D0079). This award was not awarded competitively in accordance with FAR 19.8.
