E-4B Mission Planning Software

Background
The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to procure mission planning software and dispatch support services for the fleet of four (4) E-4B aircraft on Offutt AFB, NE. The requesting unit requires all interested and potential vendors to meet all system requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). It is also important for mission continuity of the requesting unit that potential vendors are to be familiar with the E-4B aircraft in terms of (but not limited to) weather requirements, fuel policies, aerial refueling, crew duty limitations, and sensitivity of passengers.

E-4B Mission Planning Software SOW: Statement of Work; 1ACCS Mission Planning SYSTEM PURPOSE - Focal point mission planning and execution system responsible for zero fail operations supporting two of the United States’ top priority missions, Presidential Support Missions (1A1 Priority) and Global Command and Control Missions (1A3 Priority). System planning and execution supports the dispatch of four E-4B USAF aircraft and missions with a 24/7 posture. Dispatch function must be able to flight follow all global missions ensuring accuracy of routing, threat avoidance, logistics support, coordination of diplomatic overflight, air traffic control, and support in emergency actions. Simultaneously, the dispatch function will be able to maintain sufficient personnel during execution to mission plan future mission requirements.
