The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Dutch Valley Inc. (CAGE 31068) for the procurement of the Integrated Navigation, Control and Displays System (INCDS) Pedestal Tool Set in support of the E2-D Advance Hawkeye program Aircraft System.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for this action. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
