Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, is seeking continued maintenance and support for the existing DynaCAD 5 Breast software and associated rack server. This contract aims to ensure uninterrupted technical support, software maintenance, and server hardware support for clinical breast imaging operations at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center located in Aurora, CO.

The current service coverage is set to expire on December 22, 2026, necessitating this request to avoid any lapse in services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide annual software and hardware maintenance support for the DynaCAD 5 Breast software and associated rack server. This includes:
1. Remote clinical and technical support available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
2. Software tune-up services up to two times per contract year upon Government request.
3. Software updates that enhance existing feature packages included in the awarded maintenance coverage.
4. Coverage for software reinstallation fees when required under the awarded service coverage.
5. Immediate access during coverage hours to remote clinical and technical support.
6. One annual on-site application training period consisting of two consecutive days.
7. Covered replacement parts and factory repair labor for defective hardware.
8. Next-day delivery for field-replaceable parts when available under the awarded coverage.
9. Technical support necessary to identify defective hardware components and coordinate repair or replacement.
10. Documentation of service requests, including service-call numbers, troubleshooting performed, corrective actions taken, and resolution status.

The contract will be performed until at least December 22, 2026, with ongoing maintenance and support required thereafter.
