36C25625Q0722 Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) storage, delivery and pick-up, and all other service at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located in Houston, Texas.

  1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
  2. The CSS number is 36C25625Q0722. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a single Indefinite Delivery Contract, Firm-Fixed Price resulting from this solicitation.
  3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02 (effective: 01/03/2025).
  4. This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business set aside.

Background
