Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products under the format in subpart 12.6. 2. **Item: Dura Block**
- **Brand Name:** Dura Block
- **Part Number:** RB1000
- **Salient Characteristics:** Dimensions: 24 inches (L) x 12 inches (W) x 9 inches (H); Weight: approximately 76 lbs; designed similarly to encapsulate ammunition up to 7.62 caliber with self-healing properties; serves as a replacement for the Encapsulate Bullet Trap System.
- **Quantity:** 80 each

**Delivery Terms:** F.O.B. destination; offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive.

Period of Performance
Preferred delivery time is within 30 days from the date of order.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to specified locations as determined by the U.S. Army.
