The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases' (NIAID) Operations and Engineering Branch (OEB) of the Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB) manages and develops the technology infrastructure that supports Intramural research, Extramural investments, and Administrative management. OEB services 4000+ end users in more than 20 locations throughout the United State Infrastructure services provided by OEB are maintained and used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services include data storage and protection, applications hosting, server management, workstation configuration and management, networking, and security. Description of the Requirement: The OCICB's current requirement is for a 1 YEAR RENEWAL of Duo MFA Federal Edition FedRAMP qty: 350 each; Mfg. ref # 1155-8745-50. Place of Performance: OCICB, 5601 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20852 United States Period of Performance: 3/31/2024 - 3/30/2025 The government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible contractor as a result of this RFQ that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. The award will be based on the following: technical capability to meet the service requirements and price. The Government will issue a firm-fixed price delivery order to the responsible contractor based on following: technical capability to meet the service requirements and price. Quotes that are evaluated to not be technically acceptable will not be evaluated on price or delivery. All quotes shall include the following: price(s) (unit price, extended price, total price); confirmation of period of performance; point of contact: name, phone number & email; Unique Entity ID#; and Cage Code. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the offeror to meet all specifications and requirement. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation (www.sam.gov).
