Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operates Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the DUNE AB EC Kemet, with no substitutes allowed, as detailed in Solicitation AH478133 dated 5/11/2026.

Work Details
The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order. All shipments associated with an award from this RFQ must comply with BNL and Fermilab import and shipping requirements, specifically the DUNE Program – Shipping Instructions and ITA-338P Duty Relief Requirements. Non-compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive.

The award will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror who submits the lowest total price while meeting all technical requirements outlined by BSA. A complete quotation must include a signed Quotation Pricing Sheet and be submitted via email to the designated Buyer.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, Long Island, New York.
