Dumpster Services - Construction and Metal Debris, Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, MA   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking to procure dumpster services for construction and metal debris at the Cape Cod Canal in Buzzards Bay, MA. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper waste management and disposal in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to service dumpsters for both construction debris and metal at the Cape Cod Canal. Specific tasks include:

1. Haul service to empty one 15-yd metal-only dumpster, as needed, up to two total tons per service (up to five services).
2. Haul service to empty one 30-yd construction debris dumpster, as needed, up to four total tons per service (up to ten services).
3. Tonnage overage fee for one 15-yd metal-only dumpster (price per ton for up to ten tons overage).
4. Tonnage overage fee for one 30-yd construction debris dumpster (price per ton for up to ten tons overage).

All work must conform to the Performance Work Statement and safety requirements outlined by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the date of Contract Award until January 31, 2026, with two optional years available: Option Year One from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027; Option Year Two from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
Cape Cod Canal Field Office located at 40 Academy Dr., Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts.
