Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Hood in conjunction with the Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) UT, Western Desert Test Center (WDTC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP). The MICC-Fort Hood has a requirement for non-personal services to support the DPG WDTC, to provide personnel, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools not otherwise provided by the government to perform services required to support the developmental and operational testing at WDTC.

Work Details
The contract involves a wide range of tasks including developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches; designing and developing schedules, methods, devices, and equipment; coordinating plans, statements of work, operating budgets; managing all aspects of assigned projects; installation, servicing and repairing environmental-control systems; calibration, operation, maintenance, and repair of electronic test equipment/instrumentation; operation of heavy equipment as it pertains to the erection of towers and maintenance of roads and grounds; specialized training in air traffic control operations; providing ground services for aircraft; chemical laboratory operations or equivalent year of experience with direct government or contractor supporting government laboratory operations contracts); executing specified experiments in microbiology laboratory for biological defense or environmental programs/projects.
