Background
The 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS) is seeking sources for duct cleaning of all A/C supply and return ducts and registers, including trunk lines on one building at Scott AFB, Illinois. This is a new effort with no prior acquisition information available. The agency's mission includes maintaining facility operations and ensuring a clean and safe environment for personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials to complete duct cleaning on the entire first and second floors of Building 1515 located at 109 Ward Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225. The first floor has 107 cold air ducts and the second floor has 90 cold air ducts, totaling a combined area of 32,241 sq ft.

The work includes cleaning all supply and return ducts and registers, including trunk lines. The contractor must ensure cleanup during and after the duct cleaning process to allow for facility use post-service. All debris and equipment must be removed and cleaned up by the contractor. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for their own training on equipment with no training required from facility tenants.
