Duchesne Office Mechanical room Renovation - Urgent

Background
The Duchesne Office Mechanical Room Renovation project is issued by the Ashley National Forest. The goal of this contract is to renovate the mechanical room at the Duchesne District Office, which is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of the facility. The renovation aims to repair and upgrade existing infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Repairing the damaged floor and subfloor in the mechanical room.
2. Installing new laminate flooring.
3. Installing and plumbing a new mop sink.
4. Replumbing the existing water heater TPR valve water line and the furnace condensate water line to connect with the existing grey water drain line within the crawl space.

All tasks must adhere to specified drawings and specifications provided in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 30 calendar days, commencing within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Duchesne District Office, located at 85 West Main St., Duchesne, Utah.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate prior experience with plumbing, carpentry work, and laminate flooring installations. They are required to submit pricing for all items listed in Attachment 2 - Schedule of Items, as failure to do so may result in exclusion from consideration. Additionally, bidders must provide documentation that demonstrates their capability to meet technical requirements based on past performance.
