Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Cost Plus Incentive (CPIF) contract to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc. for an Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) contract to design, develop, integrate, test, and produce the Dual Band Decoy (DBD) countermeasure and associated assemblies.
