DTRA Lenel Maintenance Services

Background
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) safeguards the United States and its allies from global Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) threats by integrating, synchronizing, and providing expertise, technologies, and capabilities. The Operations and Integration Directorate, Mission Support Capabilities Department, Security and Counterintelligence Division is responsible for security management for DTRA. This solicitation is for non-personal services to support the DTRA Security and Counterintelligence Field Office at Kirtland AFB, NM, consolidating maintenance support services for currently installed Lenel equipment.

Work Details
The contract includes Lenel maintenance services covering:
- Equipment maintenance
- Software and hardware upgrades for all Lenel equipment listed in the specification list as needed
- Life Cycle Replacement
- An annual system checkup
- Procuring and installing new equipment including licensing requirements as needed
- Technical support.

The contract will have the following CLIN structure:
- CLIN 0001: Base Period Lenel Annual Maintenance (FFP)
- CLIN 0002: Base Period Lenel Installation Projects (FFP)
- CLIN 0003: Base Period Ad Hoc Support (FFP-LOE) - $35,000 NTE
- CLIN 0004: Base Period Material/Equipment (FFP) - $150,000 NTE
- CLIN 0005: CDRLs/Deliverables (N/A)

Additional options include various maintenance and installation projects across multiple years with specified NTE values.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is 5 years (60 months), including a 12-month base period with four additional 12-month options. If approved by the DTRA HCA, the contract may be extended up to an additional 6 months for a total of 66 months.

Place of Performance
All DTRA buildings/facilities with Lenel security requirements at Kirtland AFB, NM and North Las Vegas, NV.
