You are invited to respond to this solicitation, HDTRA120R0076 (Small Business Pool), for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Assessment, Exercise, and Modeling and Simulation Support (AEMSS) requirement. DTRA enables the Department of Defense, the United States Government, and international partners to counter and deter weapons of mass destruction (WMD) threats. DTRA aims to employ cutting-edge capabilities to detect and protect against WMD threats by utilizing a combination of contractor and Government subject matter expertise and material solutions across several mission areas within DTRA. To carry out its mission, DTRA requires executable and, often times, dynamic solutions to address known or emerging threats. To these ends, the resulting contract vehicle will be used to counter threats and vulnerabilities and to bolster national and international chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high explosives (CBRNE) security through assessments, exercises, and modeling and simulations.
