The purpose of Amendment 0004 to the FBO notice is to provide a revised RFP, HDTRA118R00020002 as an attachment which provides the following changes:
1) Modify Section L.2.7 from Contractor shall have a final Top Secret Facility Clearance before submission of proposal to Contractor shall have a final Top Secret Facility Clearance at time of award; and to,
2) Modify the language in Section L.4.3 to add CPARs are acceptable in lieu of PPPQ's

Proposal due date remains the same.

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued to open the Questions and Answers period for the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) set aside in accordance with FAR Part 19 Small Business Program for the non-personal services contract to provide Agency Wide IT Support Services in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia in accordance with the attached Statement of Objective (SOO) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs).

This DRAFT Combined Synopsis/Solicitation package is issued as a preliminary while solicitation documents are processing for their approved release. Additional package documents to be posted, forthcoming, may include, but are not limited to Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL's); final SOO and PWSs (currently in DRAFT); and the final DD254's for the Base Contract and Task Orders 1, 2, and 3.

Questions, comments, and suggestions for the DRAFT solicitation are to be submitted to the following email: dtra.belvoir.j4-8.mbx.itss@mail.mil by 11:59pm on Tuesday, 19 December 2017. When submitting questions please follow the format in Section L.1.1.1.
