AN AMENDMENT 0001 IS ISSUED TO THE SOLICITATION TO PROVIDE RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED FROM INDUSTRY. IN ADDITION, THE AMENDMENT INCLUDES REVISIONS TO ALLOW FOR OFFERORS TO REQUEST WAIVER OF FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS. REVISE SOW TO REFLECT DT-513 Series' or DT-513 D/F/G' THROUGHOUT. ADDITIONAL DETAILS ARE INCLUDED IN THE AMENDMENT.

Amendment 0001 includes extensive revisions to the previously released solicitation. Therefore, a conformed copy of the solicitation is hereby released to replace the original solicitation in its entirety.

THE CLOSING TIME AND DATE IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO 15 September 2020 at 1400 E.S.T.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to Manufacture, test, package, and deliver DT-513 Series First Article and Production hydrophones which meet the performance requirements of the DT-513 Series Hydrophone Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS).

Requirement is to award a five-year firm fixed-price (FFP) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract as a follow-on to contract N66604-13-D-2053 with SyQwest Incorporated.

This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis.
