The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

1. Respond to questions 1&2 from industry.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Solicitation Number N66604-25-R-007 is released and is attached as part of this notice. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to establish a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) production contract for DT-100 Staves in order to replenish and maintain adequate DT-100 Staves inventory to support fleet needs. The work to be performed under the contract is for the manufacture, test, package, and delivery of production DT-100 Staves.

The Synopsis of this requirement was posted as N66604-24-R-0674. This procurement is a direct follow-on to contract N6660418DF800 with SyQwest Inc.

This requirement contains drawings marked "DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D - Export Controlled." In order to view the documents, please follow the instructions in Section L Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors or Respondent.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to establish a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) production contract for DT-100 Staves. This contract aims to replenish and maintain adequate inventory of DT-100 Staves to support fleet needs.

The Fleet Sensors & Cables Engineering Branch of the NUWCDIVNPT serves as the Navy's Technical Design Agent and assists with Acquisition Engineering activities for surface ship and submarine transducers, hydrophones, and projectors.

Work Details
The contractor shall manufacture, test, package, and deliver 3,995 DT-100 Staves under this contract. The production must meet the requirements outlined in the applicable documents which include NAVSEA Drawing No. 53711-8192886 and NAVSEA Drawing No. 53711-8482092.

Deliveries will be made to the Receiving Officer at Naval Station Newport, RI. The contractor is also required to provide data as specified in Exhibit 'A', Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1423.
